Fadie Kaliber
The owner of ARC-4 D1-A. A bun on the run from making a unofficial BTC bar. This was due to her special "explosive" drinks that were highly against BTC regulation. She is also now heavily in debt to her creditors and risk getting her legs broken.
Ulisus Praesidio
A bartender from the beginning, Fadie's right hand. He ascended from his original position as a rad shibba to a bartender.
Sitora verius
A bartender of Arcadia and may or may not be associated with the local mafia. A skilled hacker in her own right. Without Sitora, the watchful eye of the BTC would have broken down the doors to the bar.
Bottu Mion
A new hire of Arcadia because the other bartender keeps being late for work. Regardless, he is reliable in every way shape and form.
